But nooooooo ... foolish optimism was able to deliver the same experience for us! We scooted way up Pine creek, very very quiet on the water, very little sign of fish. I managed to pick up an undersize Bream - after a couple of hours, and we flicked around for another couple of hrs before giving up.
It will be a while before we give this waterway another go!
Interesting to note that SCU are trying to spread vicious rumours of Jacks in the creek - see the sign.
