Crunching the Numbers

Just a few stats on the 2010 tournament.

Hopefully this will give Tonto some insight into what area he needs to improve upon to remain competitive in the 2011 tournament.

  • There were a total of 18 sessions (we need to get more time on the water)
  • Tonto only won 3
  • Red panda Won 10
  • There were 5 draws
  • Red Panda caught a total of 36 scoring fish
  • Tonto caught a total of 27 scoring fish
  • Maximum total of legal fish caught in a session (5 red Panda)
  • Only 1 doughnut recorded for the year (Tonto 2 May)
  • 5 new species caught in the 2010 tournament (3 Red Panda - 2 Tonto)

  1. Hmmm I believe there is such a thing as a bad winner!

    Useful breakdown of the results, interesting to note the average legal catches per location (best to worst):

    Clarence River - 6.5 L per session (very long sessions!)
    Coffs Creek - 5.0 L per session
    Red Rock - 3.0 L per session (very long sessions!)
    Bonville Creek - 2.0 L per session
    Boambee Creek - 1.9 L per session
